We ask for as little as we can.

Enough to wash your car and tell you when it's ready. That's the whole list. Here it is in plain English, because nobody should need a lawyer to read a car wash website.

When you book

What the booking form asks for.

  • About you

Your name, your phone number and your email address. We need a way to confirm the time and reach you if something changes.

  • About the car

Make, model, year and rough size. That's what decides how long the job takes and what it costs, so we ask before we quote you.

  • About the job

Which package you picked, any add-ons, the date and time, and anything you type in the notes box.

When you write to us

The message form asks for less.

Your name, your mobile number, and whatever you want to tell us. That's it. If you'd rather not fill anything in, call or text us at (407) 921-5477 and skip the form entirely.

What we do with it

We use it to do your job. Nothing else.

  • We don't sell it

Not to anyone, ever. We don't rent it, trade it, or hand it to a marketing company. It isn't a product and we're not in that business.

  • Texts are about your car

We may call or text you about your booking, to tell you the car's ready, or to sort out a time. If we ever start sending offers, you'll be asked first, and "STOP" will always work.

  • We never take card details here

You pay at the shop, in person. The website has no payment page and no card fields, so your card number never touches it.

  • Who else sees it

The people who work here, and the company that keeps the website and booking system running for us. Nobody else, unless the law makes us.

The automatic bits

What happens without you typing anything.

Every website does some of this. Here's ours, honestly.

  • Visitor counts

We count visits so we know which pages are useful. It's a privacy-first counter with no cookies and no profiles, and it can't tell one person from another. We see "forty people read the prices page," never who.

  • The map

The map on our contact page is drawn by OpenStreetMap. When it loads, your browser talks to them directly and they can see your IP address, the same as visiting any website. If you'd rather not, the address is written out in plain text right next to it.

  • Cookies

The booking pages set one cookie that keeps your form secure while you fill it in. It's gone when you're done. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, nothing following you to other websites.

  • Links out

Our Facebook, Instagram and Google links go where you'd expect. Once you click one, you're on their website and their rules apply, not ours.

Your call

Ask us to delete it and we will.

Booking records stick around for a couple of years, because people come back and it helps to know what we did to the car last time. Message-form notes we clear out sooner.

If you want your details gone, or you want to see what we've got, text (407) 921-5477 or use the contact form and say so. No forms to fill in and no reason needed. We'll take care of it and tell you when it's done.

If we ever change how any of this works, we'll update this page and change the date at the bottom.
